: Don: Problem is, they can't find evidence of mass murder in Kosovo. This, according to forensics experts who were sent in from Canada and Spain. Hell, Clinton probably killed more "Kosovars" than anyone else. It is worth noting that "Kosovar" is newsspeak; the people who live in Kosovo are Albanians, Serbs, and other ethnic groups.

I followed the events in Kosovo very closely and am convinced that mass rape and torture and murder occurred.

: Don: Do we have a moral duty to use force against Russia, for murder and rape committed in Chechnia?

It may come to that, yes. Of course, I realize that with the Russians one needs to perform a cold calculation, i.e., will it start a nuclear or other massive war? Milosevic engaged in "ethnic cleansing," which was a few degrees shy of genocide. If the Russians reach that level of atrocity, there should be a serious debate about using force to stop them.
