It was just an excuse to bomb people.

Don: And who is going to decide when genocide is taking place? It wasn't taking place in Kosovo. It was just an excuse to bomb people. Forced relocation wasn't taking place in Kosovo, at least until the bombs started falling. Now, there is relocation of Serbs in Kosovo--under NATO's protection.
