If the Serbs were commiting genocide, so are the Albanians.

Don: Albainians began fleeing their homes only after Clinton began bombing. Now, with NATO in charge, Serbs are fleeing their homes. If the Serbs were commiting genocide, so are the Albanians. In both cases, the homicide rate is about the same--in the hundreds. The cliams of rape I heard were isolated instances that were facilitated by the bombing.
