Last week, residents told the Observer they were outraged at the plans to open the store in Bridge Street from 6am-midnight every day, as part of the company's nationwide policy. However, planning councillors refused the proposals at a Development Control Committee meeting last Wednesday evening at the Civic Centre in Station Road, Harrow.
