Its a pity that the Maccas store that I work in doesnt have nice, considerate managers like you. If only my managers realised that employees are human too.....sigh. Oh well, I keep telling myself that it's not forever. One day I will escape the evil clutches of Ronald McDonald!!
ps- maybe you should enlighten us with a post about " Why the customer is not alwarys right". I would appreciate it!!!
