OK but that was your problem for working 2 full time jobs.. McD`s are Verry Good at giving you time off and will arrange the shifts arround you!
I am on Ł4.00p/h and am due an 8% payrise in the next few days... and then again on passing my managers exam.. I work full time and have only been there for a year.. You obvusly worked for a franchisee so thats your problem..
I work for them as i enjoy the FLEXABILITY OF THE HOURS and its easy to get into managerment.
