availibility to hours which dont suit, in a
crew-strapped non-franchaisee restaurant here
in the south its met with hostility.
To work closes and weekends whilst studying
for A-levels is a very stupid thing to do.
decent A-Levels will get you way further than
saying "I was a 5-star crew member"

I didnt know they did 8% pay increases, how
can you say your due it? Does your store do
PR's in advance? Surely when you move to
Floor manager your wage goes to the starting
rate of a floor manager there-by wiping out
your PR. McDonalds are very clever at
avoiding paying crew.
