£4.00 an hour and your happy? some folk are easily pleased. As a floor manager
you take on most of the responsibilties of a 2Nd Assistant who start on £15K
per annum. Quick sum 15000/4 =3750/52=72.1 so ypu would need to work over 10hrs a day
7 days a week 52 weeks a year to earn a "fair" wage.

Thank god the hours are so flexable.
