McDonald's is the best thing ever happened to me, because within McDonald's you have options to get higher up the ladder. For instance, I'm just working a year with McDonald's and I am already a Crewtrainer. My second objective is now to become manager which is possible. Also the people who say they get paid bad, you're absolutely wrong. I get paid a very large amount per hour, but our restaurant is from the Company itself, when you work at a franschiser, he'll pay you less because with him profit is the most important, but some franchisers do pay good.
So I hope some people will give their comment to this with a well constructed argument or will agree with me.
