No, you get paid the value at which they think they can sustain your labour power- they do not pay you the value of your work. you deserve more, because they are STEALING from you, stealing your time, and your dedication- and its not just flipping the Burgers, its the discipline, the obedience, the Understanding customers and procedures.
If I had my way, no one would have any wages, coz we'd get shot of the whole rotten property system, and live 'from each according to their abilities, to each according to their needs.', which would of course mean the end of McDonalds....
