First, Bill Gates built the company so he can by all means reap the benefits, second, he didn't force his employees to work for him, nor does he force anybody to stay. And doesn't Gates pay his employees, doesn't sound like theft to me. If you would like to see theft try taking a look at any unions books. Like I said before Deathy, your just jealous that you can't come up with an idea or product etc., that can make you millions, so you think no one else should either. And by the way, when ever you find a job that meets the criteria you listed 100% of the time, I'd like to know.
