Customers always think that they are in control of everything! If they tease a McD employee in drive-thru, they still expect superiour service from us, as if we were robots!
I have copped it all, after working at McDonald's in Australia for 2 years! I had sweet 'n' sour sauce thrown on my uniform by a bunch of idiots in an old bombed up car, and they still said "ohhh...c'mon...are ya gonna take my order or what?...Hurry Up!".
Have you ever been forced by a customer to eat the fries you've just given them? They always do that to make sure the fries aren't cold and are fresh. They'd say: "Taste these....go on taste these!!!. I'd be forced to eat them because they think they're cold!TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE WHO WANT TO ORDER A SPECIAL BURGER
*Never ask for a free burger if you're waiting in the service bay, you are wasting your breath!
*Never ask not to wait in the service bay, because it'll obviosly cause up a stink!
Here are a couple of thing's that really, REALLY does happen:
*A rude and loud customer kicks up a stink
*A kicked up stink causes talking and gossip
*Talking and gossiping when in rush hour causes loss of concentration
*Loss of concentration causes mucked up orders
*Mucked up orders creates a rude and lous customer
and so on
