Yep, its legal for an American President to throw around all the bombs he likes in an undeclared war.

Yep, its legal for an American President to throw around all the bombs he likes in an undeclared war. There is a War Powers act that supposedly limits him, but it's really ineffective. The congress can cut off the money anytime they want, of course, but they won't do it.

: Surely bombing, without the threat of ground troops is pointless? as it only unites the people of the country behing Milosvic and against other nations, and therefore only strengthens the position of Milosvic, surely ground troops have to be sent in, if any military action is to be taken? I don't the idea of other countries, especially the US interfearing with other countries business, but "If I can shoot rabbits then I can shoot fascists" and as I socialist, I have deep in-built hatetred of Fascists/ Dictators and I think they should be wiped out as ALL Fascists deserve to die a painful and horrible death.

I agree with you completely on this, except for the death part.
