: What if you pick the wrong god? Then you loose either way. Besides you can't beleive jst incase. That's not beleif that BSI think if we mere humans can take social conditioning, environment, dominant cultural norms etc. into account when we consider peoples beliefs or judge them then a super intelligent mrciful God is going to be able to as well.
Besides the only time in which JC mentions judgement in the bible, I assume this is a debate amongst western Christians, (and taking into account that you probubly believe JC was God by virtue of the trinity) he makes no mention of faith or religious category, he says that whatever evil you visited on others, including complacency, you visited upon him and he'll be judging you fit or unfit for residence in heaven on this account. So according to this, the very word of God, Buddhists and athiests and other faiths without God figures could be resident in heaven.
However this is like a big secret because no one reads the damn bible they just believe what their leaders interpretations are and forget that their leaders are trying to make a living.
