Deceptive adverts
If adverts were honest, they might look more like the subverted ones elsewhere in McSpotlight, rather than the deceptive ones we are usually subjected to.

specific instances of falsity or deception, McDonald's entire nutrition advertising campaign was deceptive
across the board and was therefore in violation of our state laws, because it falsely and deceptively
represented that McDonald's food was nutritious as a whole. ' |
These advertisements were ruled as being 'deceptive' by the Assistant Attorney General of Texas in association with other Attorney General offices throughout the U.S.
