have been rejected, would they not, by the ITC?
       A. Sorry. Could you repeat the question?

MR. MORRIS: Complaints were made on the existing guidelines,
that have been rejected, but now if the proposals are made,
the new proposals, if they become new guidelines -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are you hoping to do better than the answer
Ms. Dibb has just given? She has expressed her reason and
       given three reasons for it.

MR. MORRIS: The NFA did conduct its own survey, did it not,
       about parents' perceptions of advertising?
       A. Yes.

  Q. The MORI poll?
       A. Yes. The National Food Alliance commissioned MORI to
       undertake a small opinion survey.

MR. MORRIS: Can we go to that survey? I am not sure where it
is now. Is it behind your statement? Do you have a copy
       of that survey?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Did it go behind Ms. Dibb or Mr. Miles?

MS. STEEL: I think it went behind Ms. Dibb.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you know just where it was? I have it,
yes. It was behind Ms. Dibb, in section C.

MR. MORRIS: Would you like to say something about the way MORI
conducted the survey and their consideration about the
       credibility of the survey?
       A. MORI carried out face-to-face interviews with 633
parents between 16th and 20th June, 1994, as part of their
regular Omnibus survey. Fieldwork was carried out in 149
constituency sampling points throughout Great Britain. The
profile of survey respondents was weighted to be fully
representative of the profile of adults resident in
       Great Britain.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What are you reading from now?
       A. That is MORI's own words on what they did, which is
summarised on page 4 of the National Food Alliance's
       results of the MORI survey.

MR. MORRIS: So this document we have is the NFA summary of the
       survey?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Was this checked out with MORI?
       A. Yes, it was. The survey was -----

  Q. Sorry, I am just talking about this particular document
       that we have?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Was this checked out with MORI and authorised by them?
       A. Yes, it was.
