     2   MR. JUSTICE BELL: I think you should have Ms Dibbs here on
     3        Thursday.  Is there any problem about that?

     5   MR. MORRIS: I don't think there is a problem for her coming on
     6        Thursday but I did look at the Kenneth Miles material again
     7        and I think it will take longer than an hour, but I think
     8        it should be completed by the end of the morning including
     9        the re-examination.

    11   MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will start Miss Gallatley at eleven
    12        tomorrow morning. It would not surprise me if we complete
    13        Miss Gallatley tomorrow but we will wait and see. As soon
    14        as we finish Miss Gallatley, we will go on with Mr. Miles
    15        but not before 10:30 on Thursday. When we have finished Mr.
    16        Miles, we will go on to Ms Dibbs. That may be half past
    17        eleven, it may be 12:00, it may be two o'clock, but we are
    18        expecting to move on to Ms Dibbs some time on Thursday.  So
    19        I would be grateful if you would ask if she can be hear at
    20        say half past eleven just in case and then we will go on to
         her. If you want a short break between finishing Mr. Miles
    22        and calling Ms Dibbs, I will give you a half an hour or
    23        something like that and all this is in the hope that
    24        without rushing any of the parties to their detriment, we
    25        will, in fact, finish the advertising witnesses on Friday
    26        afternoon. Well, we stand adjourned now.
