    12   MR. JUSTICE BELL:   That looks as if it is addressed to
    13        consultees.  There is a list of consultees, and then the
    14        proposed provisions, with some footnotes in relation to it;
    15        and then, after that, there is a letter of 10th October to
    16        the consultees.  It looks to me as if the first document
    17        may be some kind of press or publicity release, saying what
    18        was done two days before.

    23        A.  No.  I have seen it before.

    39        A.  No one else would have asked us.  It came direct to the
    40        Marketing department.  No one else in the company has asked
         us.

    47        suppose?
    48        A.  Yes, a week or so ago.

    50   Q.   If you would just read the opening paragraph on page 1, 
    51        which is headed: "ITC Code of advertising standards and 
    52        practice, Proposed new code section".  It is about the 
    53        fourth page in.
