important, as the TV AM arose afresh, for instance, in
       1988.

MS. STEEL: (To the witness) The only other thing is just,
because 1989 and 1990 are probably particularly important
years, I do not know whether you could just look through
those charts and confirm that, in all the regions, there
were more weeks of television advertising aimed at children
than at adults, for each of the regions -- page 263.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: He does not have to confirm it, if we can
actually look. He does not have to go through the exercise
of turning page over page. I have made a note that you
seek the make a point to that effect.

MS. STEEL: Right. Can I just ask about satellite television?
You are now advertising on satellite television, are not
       you?
       A. Yes.

  Q. And is that mainly directed at children?
       A. Yes. It has been used that way, mainly.

  Q. Have you done any advertising at adults on satellite
       television?
       A. I do not recall. We have been using it for a while. I
       do not recall.

  Q. As far as you remember, it has been aimed at children?
       A. Yes.

  Q. How many years has that been going on?
       A. I do not know. We were up -- it was about a year after
the satellite first started, whenever that was; I cannot
       recall.

  Q. Three, four years? You do not know?
       A. I do not know. I would be guessing.

  Q. At least a couple of years, anyway?
       A. Yes. I am not even sure if we have been continuous
through that period. We may have come off and gone back
       on.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: The percentages of expenditure on television
       include satellite, do they?
       A. Yes.

MS. STEEL: At least since it started, because you are not sure
       when it started?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. (Pause) What is the problem?

MS. STEEL: Actually, I have kind of come to the end of this
bit, and I am just trying to work out whether there was
anything else in this that I wanted to bring up.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just sit down and think about it for a
moment. I suggest you come back and have a look at it in
the lunch hour, because it really is not productive to look
