Q. I know you have address difficulties at the moment,
but -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: There is no reason, if you are moving
around, you need not bother to give an address unless
Mr. Rampton needs it.

MR. RAMPTON: No, thank you very much.

MR. MORRIS: You are in transit at the moment, I believe?
A. That is right. We are actually renting a flat prior
to buying one, yes.

Q. You are a writer and a researcher; is that correct?
A. That is my current occupation, yes. My central core
expertise is in marketing.

Q. Can you say the kind of subjects that you write and
research about currently?
A. Currently I write about diet, health and lifestyle
generally. I am also involved in writing about

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Can you keep your voice up?
A. Certainly.

MR. MORRIS: Your professional background is in what?
A. My professional background is in marketing and
advertising. I established and run my own advertising and
marketing company for some 10 years. During that time we
had a range of clients who called upon my expertise and
the expertise of my members of staff. The company itself
is based in East Anglia and we have, therefore, had a
split of clients. The split was -- basically we are a
full service advertising marketing consultancy to large
regional companies and we acted as consultants, marketing
consultants, and advertising promotional consultants to
large national and international companies, amongst whom
we have undertaken successful project consultancy work,
marketing advertising, for ICI, Philip Morris, FMC
Corporation, a very large American corporation involved in
----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Is Philip Morris the tobacco or cigarette
company?
A. Yes, that is right. We were not directly concerned
with it.

Q. No. What kind of business was the third company, the
American one?
A. FMC Corporation makes large, heavy machinery; our
marketing task for that company was to launch into this
country a range of food processing equipment. In fact,
canning equipment, turn key system as it is called.

MR. MORRIS: At that time your advertising and marketing
experience was not geared towards food?
A. Not specifically, no, although we did establish a
