Lets get things straight!
1. First of all, I`m the first one to agree with Sarah. You should get yor schedule in advance. Since we work with people, things can happen which mean that you have to call in extra people. If this happens constantly, well then there is probably something wrong with the person doing the scheduling. In Sweden, you get your schedule at least 2 weeks in advance.
2. Should we have something to do with a persons lovelife? I think not. What we are obligated to do, at least in Sweden, is to make sure that we keep a balance between working life and private life. I think that we generally are doing this. We are not perfect, but have never stated to be perfect. We try to keep the balance.
3. What is most important - having a job or not?
