You sure you are not just a station trainer?

I worked out that if I had been paid the right amount for the time while a crew trainer, I would have $250 extra in my pocket. McDonalds has the bottom line of profit and the quality of employment depends on the personality of the managment. Thus, Mcdonalds should be unionised. If not, the quality of employment will continue to drop as profits rise.

You sure you are not just a station trainer? Station trainers get the same amount of pay as normal crew.
