Employeement at McDonalds

I have worked at mcdonalnds for the past 18 months. I have been unoffically promoted to crew trainer for 12 months. I have completed the course but still not recieved an official promotion or raise. I worked out that if I had been paid the right amount for the time while a crew trainer, I would have $250 extra in my pocket. McDonalds has the bottom line of profit and the quality of employment depends on the personality of the managment. Thus, Mcdonalds should be unionised. If not, the quality of employment will continue to drop as profits rise.
