I can only agree.
I was lucky in that the manager who I worked under for the majority of my McD's time was an uncommonly flexible person. Roughly 80% of the managerial staff I've worked with have been taught from their (McD's)
birth that the book is right, that it is gospel, and do not have the flexibility to cope, especially at a store like mine, a busy London store that makes £2.5million a year.
