I am not going to comment on the whole corruption issue, just because I don't feel like it, but I am sure a job at McDonald's does not only lead to a position in management. Management may be the only direct step, but McCrew learn valuable skills such as communication, responsibility, problem solving, and working as a team. If you want a job in the business world these are great lines on a resume.
