i am in your same shoes there. i am a assistant manager for a mcdonalds also and our store manager does nothing. i failed my senior year of high school cause of this. i was pulling to many hours in a school week to cover empty shifts that she refused to cover. right now though our crew is going up the corprate ladder and talking to the area supervisor and his boss about her. we have got rid of one store manager for these reasons and we can get rid of her. you need to do the same thing. None.
