I work in a high-rise building off of Ashford/Dunwoody Road. I ran up to the Satallite McDonalds located in Wal-Mart to get a Big Mac meal. I ran in and ran out as I had alot of work to get done at the office. When I opened my sandwich and took a bite, it was ICE COLD!!! as well as my fries!!!!I've done this same routine in times past and have not experienced my food to be cold when I returned to the office -- especially since McDonalds is one block from the office. Since I was so snowed under with work, I had to throw my entire lunch away as I didn't have time to take two elevators to my car, find my car and drive back to the McDonalds, park, etc., etc., etc.
Needless to say, I'M NOT HAPPY!!!! On the bag it says "Hot, fresh to you". IT WAS NOT HOT, FRESH TO ME!!
What is McDonald's going to do for me to keep me coming back? I'm not real thrilled about going back right now.
