I don't see a problem with working at a different branch. If the manager there agrees you were unfairly dismissed, you are unlikely to be dismissed again under the same circumstances. It is unlikely you will have another encounter with the same manager who fired you in the first place, and if by chance he does come and work at your restaurant, theres nothing to stop you getting a transfer to another store. I say go for it, after all, even if you do get fired again, you'll have a bit of money in your pocket and you won't have lost anything None.
