I need some advice about a job from those with a long history @ McDonalds...

Hi, i'm new to this page. My situation is as follows. I'm 17 years old and I was recently fired from my job at a McD's here in PA. It was an inapproiate firing for a bogus reason, yet we have no legal recourse. A friend of our family know the owner of another franchise near my home. The only link the two stores has is the name McDonalds. I was offered a job by our friend's friend, because he agrees I was unjustly fired. I do miss my job but does it seem like a good idea to going back to a situation were i was fired?? All opinions are welcomed (e-mail prefered) thank you in advance for your help.
