Teen considering working at McDonald's...

I'm almost 16 and looking for a job. So far, I haven't found much that I like, but McDonald's is close to the top of the list. I have heard many good things about the local restaurant and several of my friends work there. The things that I like about this place include a fast-paced environment where I would never be bored, a large staff that would cover for me if I needed some help at first, and a flexible schedule if I had a conflict. I have also heard that small raises are given periodically on a merit-based system.
Because of my optomistic outlook on working at McDonald's, I will probably seem naive to most people, but that's why I'm posting this message: What are the downfalls of working there that I may not have considered?
