Not worth the crap

I worked at McDonalds for 2 years and 2 months...for a month and a half I was management. I agree with the people that say it's a great place to work. I had a great time..met some really great people. But, the people were not enough to keep me there. I think it's sad that a company that big pays so bad. Before getting promoted I made $7.10/hr, and then as swing I made $8.35. A company as big as McDonalds could surely afford to start people off at more than they do though. I bet if they paid more, employees would stay a lot longer, and would be happier (happier = more productive)
