Congratulations on getting away from Taco Bell. Doing so was the best move I ever made, but guess what.... as of 1991, the meat is pre-cooked in another facility! I do recall the old meat, cooked on the premises, did come from local suppliers and was labeled. The pre-cooked meat comes fom a small handful of suppliers across the land, who may or may not label it as they see fit. The original request was for documents, and I hardly consider the printing on the shipping carton to be documentation.
