is it okay to test on a mentally retarded person just because s/he does not understand much of what s/he sees or hears? Just because s/he cannot do what everyone else can do? Of corse not. Animals have done nothing to siderve such cruel treatment and niether have mentally retarded people. So why dont we test on mantally retarded people? Because it's cruel? Why isn't it cruel to test on an animal?
