If this is the case, it is Capitalism itself which should be replaced. Unfortunatly, there is no other system that can create such economic vitality and create wealth for a country. It is a pity that human greed gets in the way of a positive re-distrubution of wealth in a country like the UK or US. Going back to the questionn of 'genetic evil' surely Americans with German heritage would quickly become emersed in the combined genetic gene-pool of all the peoples in the United States, including the Native Americans and African-Americans etc, and this in itself would thin out any 'Nazi' genes, even if they did exist...
