There's a difference to critize, then there's libel. You want to voice YOUR opinion, thats fine and legal. You want to print, publish, distort, campaign without founded cause, that's libel. Can't have your cake and eat it too. The laws made to protect everyone...doesn't matter if McDonald's is a 17 trillion dollar company or a "Mom and Pop corner stand". The prior just makes better headlines.
