Your condemnations are really indicative of a need to keep reading a bit more and not to take things so damn seriously. You and your wife really show a lot of hatred that NO activist organization needs.I'm not even going to even to bother with something like your postings when you've obviously jumped onto this discussion forum with a lot of preconcieved notions. You are the one who should be reading and not apologizing for China's treatment of Tibet and use a vacuous article by Jimmy Carter to back that up.Perhaps you don't see that Jimmy Carter has blood on his hands also.We don't need to start talking about East Timor,El Salvador and other countries that he has so lovingly bestowed his generosity upon to understand why he plays the philanthropist.
It looks like you've been spoon-fed some pretty conventional ideas about politics while the nature of corporations certainly boils your blood.Sure McDonald's Corporation has had some pretty mean-spirited execs and I've been angry at their actions also. But I don't keep it at such a high pitch as you seem to.I can't even see any constructive postings or creative dialogue to come out of you or your wife if all you can do is project fantastical feelings of hatred upon someone else.
Whatever your wife's feelings are it's ultimately up to her to come to terms with it. Children dying of starvation is bad and I know that. Since I never joked about it I won't apologize for something I didn't do. So get a grip on yourself and learn some etiquette. I think your comments about Tibet are about as obscene as anything I've ever come across and that's up to you to think about.
