McSpotlight: We *had* the facts, as a quick glance at the referenced factsheet will tell you - many of them from McDonald's themselves in the form of internal documents; the judge merely ruled that the claims were unproven - *not* false; the claims the McLibel Two won on were ruled proven in a court of law beyond reasonable doubt.
(You might do to buff up on the UK legal system with respect to libel...)
