E-coli is all over, not only in meat. You have it on your hands, on vegetables, on everything. There is no more E-coli in good meet than what it is on vegetables. E-coli in food (dishes) comes (I think) mainly from bad hygiene.

Urea acid, and urea is a way for the body to get rid of excess om nitrogen. Urea and urea acid is two substances that they first found in urine (therefore the name). Urea is a natural ingredient in many lotions (one ingredient that doesn't give any allergies). Urea is all over your own body and shouldn't be confused with urine. You also have vitamins in your urine and vitamins are not dangerous just because of that.

Bacteria are not as a group dangerous in any ways. You wouldn't be alive without bacterias, we all need them. Some bacterias are (or can be) dangerous, but far from all of them.

Then it comes to female hormones and adrenalin, I don't know about either the content in regular meat or what it does to you. Female hormones doesn't however sounds like anything that i would like to eat...

Thank you! // Lars
