I don't think McD's could do squat about this site. The police unions, school officials, and the government have tried to shut down www.overthrow.com(Utopian Anarchist Party site) for years. They have threatened ISP's with lawsuits and caused the site to move from server to server but they have NEVER been able to shut it down and there is NOBODY worth suing(with assets that hve to be protected) involved with it. It is reasonable to assume that if McD's tried to McLibelize the McSpotlight site, that they would find control in or passed into the hands of the judgement-proof and would recover nothing for their trouble but plenty of nasty publicity. They would be stoning a hornets nest-and everyone knows what that gets you-STUNG! None.
