: It is obvious that McDonalds PR team have posted their own lovely little anecdotes about their company ,,, please be a little more sublte if you are going to plug McDonalds like that !!!If the McDonalds corporation really wanted to do something about this site it'd be in court right now...I'm sure PR has better things to do than to subvert a messageboard with maybe a couple hundred readers.
Anyway maybe he's right. I work at a McDonald's near Toronto,Canada, and the only real complaint I have is that the pay sucks. Work schedules ARE flexible and the management really ARE competant.
Maybe it is a Canadian thing ;).

McSpotlight: If the McDonalds corporation really wanted to do something about this site...they'd have to act simultaneously in 5 or 6 different countries, under 5 or 6 judicial systems and with 5 or 6 different servers. If they failed to do this within the space of an hour or so, we could take backups and start up in other countries within the day. Furthermore, we have copies of this site on CD-ROM and can send those out to friendly sources.
McDonald's dare not risk another PR disaster like the last one; the last time they tried to silence fair criticism, they wound up with a legal bill of $16 million, a PR disaster and no better off. Since when, they've just tried to pretend we don't exist.
