No..not every complaint you have here is valid. I work at a McDonald's and yes, we do have rude employees. But I have been a customer in many fast food stores and I have encountered MANY rude employees. Wendy's (they messed up my order so many times I was given free food coupons and when I used them the order was messed up AGAIN), Dairy Queen (one of the worst around here for incompetent teenage employees who screw around), and Burger King (where my grilled chicken was old and dried up - but I had to fight for at least 10 minutes to get my money back.) So don't just blame say McDonald's is the only place with ignorant employees...everywhere from stores to gas stations to real-estate agencies have rude employees. Your argument is not very valid.
