Not every restaurant is going to be like yours, and not every employee's experience will be as positive as yours. To assume otherwise is unreasonable. If people are unhappy with McDonald's, they are not morons for expressing their dissatisfaction. Too many people have the same complaints. Too many people talk about rude employees and so forth. Why doesn't McDonald's address these problems? How is it that the other restaurants manage to hire polite and competent employees? Most of what I read here is true. If anything, I don't think enough is said about what's wrong with McDonald's. One would expect more from the biggest fast-food place. I have a feeling people like you (ones who think everything is perfect) are bringing the company down. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. The other restaurants are bigger players now because they are giving consumers what they want, instead of stubbornly ignoring us.
