Exactly what they should be doing: nothing. I'm surprised Rex didn't tell you about all of the stuff he's told me, like the DAs in Texas 'n stuff. McDs has not violated any laws(any real ones, anyway), so the government doesn't need to take action.

McSpotlight: However, if you've examined the issues and are prepared to accept the court evidence as truth, it's your moral obligation to do something yourself; as governments are not really capable of doing anything about McD's; for fear of offending the WTO. It's basically up to you.
