Ugly comments about 13yr dau by employee

We are in Albuquerque, NM. My 13 yeard old dau had just won a Karate tournment and went to Mcdonalds to celebrate. The employees made ugly coments about her happy gestures. I went to the store and talked with the manager who was also insulting to me. I had explained that my child is half black and she was doing what the football players do when they get a touvhdown and it was her culture. She was very insulting andf I need help in understand the attitude of the New Mexico McDonalds to their customers my home number is 505-880 8613
