I think the idea of taking the SS from the parents that don't pay is a very good idea. They are just as responsible as the parent raising them. The children in single parent homes should be entitled to that money. Maybe if we got some stricter laws about parents not paying, some people may think twice about "donating" themselves. How a parent wouldn't want to help their own blood is disgusting. I am a single parent myself and am currently going through a child support battle and I know how hard it is on the children. Anyone with any suggestions how to get through this without pulling my hair out, feel free to write. Thank you.
