School is what you put into it.

When I was in high school I had a blast. I also had good grades. School is what you put into it. If you make it hard by acting up and disrespecting the teachers, then school won't be fun. I knew kids that were terrible in school, but they brought it on themselves. If they would have acted right and done their homework school would have been a lot easier. High school is a very important part of growing up. It helps perpare the kids for the future.
: Finally, a kid that shows promise. Everything you have said is dead on right. It is criminal what is going on in the public school system. Its not even worth "reforming". There are many things that we have plagued ourselves with in society, but public school, in my opinion, is satan in action. Not going to school at all is better than attending a public school. Everyone reading this - please considered correspondence schooling as well.
