Debra, when replying to a message (and I'm slightly mystified as to why you're replying to your own), can you make sure there are no colons : at the start of the new part you are typing. These are used to indicate which part is the previous message. If you put them at the start of your new text it will appear to us as though you haven't typed anything new, and so your message will get rejected.
