McDonalds In Pasadena, TX

On 10-7-98 the McDonalds in Pasadena,TX refuse to honor their promotional Big Mac ticket and not only did it refuse to honor their part but the manager claim that each ticket is worth one per car load.
In reality it is worth one per customer. I was also refuse service and the manager recommended my family to go to another MCDonalds resturant. My little girl was terrified when the manager slam the drive thru window in our face. I have been in contact with Corporate Office in Oak Brook,Illinois and haven't been contacted back yet. This in not the way to treat customers. If you'll would like to know the store number please e-mail me. The Houston regional office knows about also. My family have been traumatized by their action.
