They try to maintain decent bathrooms for their customers

If they lock the bathrooms to keep out the homeless, I threaten to tell the health dept,(after all, I am sure they would call the cops if I just took a dump on the sidewalk in front), but this is rarely necessary. Usually, if you just brazenly go up to the counter, passing through an area where people are eating, they will give it to you to avoid trouble. McDonald's may be a shithouse of a restaurant, but at least they've got a shithouse!

Yes, folks, this is how to go through life...intimidate others to get your way. If you don't like what a consensous has arranged, bully your way into getting what you want. A lot of people end up in jail over petty disputes generated by Mr Kuhn's style, as his friends in the "Utopian Anarchist Party" can attest to.

The fact remains that others have rights too and we should honor those rights, even if it is McDonald's we're talking about. They try to maintain decent bathrooms for their customers, which is pretty tough to do with transients bathing in the sinks...it is their choice, just as it is yours not to patronize their restaurant.
