I know many people who think about political power also like to play what if scenarios in their minds. Modelling, we might call it.Well, here is a simple constitution I picked up on the web. I wont say if I like it or not but its a thought;
The Constitution
Each man has the right to:
- Cast one personal vote
- Receive votes from others
- Recast votes received
- Recall those votes and cast them for another
Votes must be given to one personal acquaintance
A representative must have not less than twice the votes of any one of
his electors
